  • Lootee Labs has processed personal information in violation of Chinese laws or regulations, or in breach of this Privacy Notice;

  • other circumstances provided by Chinese laws or administrative regulations that apply;

  • Right to request us to interpret the personal information processing rules;

  • Right to request us to transfer your personal information to another party designated by you according to Chinese laws; and

Outsourcing of personal information processing

 

To facilitate the processing of personal information, we outsource personal information processing as follows. At the time of executing an outsourcing agreement, we specify therein, pursuant to Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, prevention of personal information processing for purposes other than the outsourced purpose, technical and managerial safeguards of personal information, prevention of re-outsourcing, and the external service provider’s liability, including that for management and supervision and liability for damage, and we supervise whether the external service provider processes the personal information safely.

 

Refusal of automatic collection of personal information

 

You have the option to install cookies. Therefore, you may allow all cookies by selecting the web-browser’s option used by you in a manner refusing the installation of cookies, confirm whenever cookies are stored, or refuse the storage of all cookies.

Destruction of personal information 

 

Procedure for destruction

 

Following the achievement of the purpose of processing, your personal information will be destroyed after being stored for a certain period in accordance with reasons for information protection under internal policy and other relevant laws (processing and storage period).

 

Method of destruction

 

The personal information printed out in paper shall be shredded or destroyed by burning, and personal information stored in an electronic file shall be deleted by using a technology allowing no reproduction of records.

Third Party Provision

 

We will not provide or disclose personal information to a third party without the consent of the individual, except in the case of provision to entrusted parties and joint use. However, this does not apply in the following cases;

  • When it is necessary for the protection of human life, body or property, and it is difficult to obtain consent of the person himself/herself.

  • When it is particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting healthy development of children, it is to obtain the consent of the person himself/herself.
